Over the summer, our Language Arts team attended additional training, and we now have 90% of our Language Arts and English team trained in the Dubard Association Method, one of the best methods for helping students with Oral Language Disorders and/or dyslexia. This training spanned six days, 8:00 am-5:00 pm in Dallas, and additional work was brought home to be completed in each teacherβs classroom at Inspire. These teachers are on fire for helping their students and canβt wait to employ these new techniques! Inspire Academy is one of the only schools in North Texas to have this training.
A lifelong Inspire Academy student, Karson has earned the distinction of Valedictorian through sustained academic excellence and a strong commitment to his studies. He graduates with a 4.3 GPA, a 35 on the ACT, and 18 dual credit hours completed through the Honors Scholars Academy at Dallas Baptist University.
In recognition of his achievements, Karson has been awarded the Hope & Future Scholarship, Christian Leadership Scholarship, Christian Service Scholarship, Merit Academic Scholarship, and PCA Scholarship. He will also be a part of the Ford Village Stone House Leadership and Discipleship program at DBU and is excited to not only grow academically but also closer to God.
In addition to his academic excellence, Karson exemplifies strong character and genuine kindness toward others.
He will attend Dallas Baptist University this fall to continue his academic pursuits, with the goal of becoming a Christian Counselor through the DBU Bridge program, earning both his bachelor's and masterβs in five years.
We are beyond proud of this young man and all that we know he will do for the Kingdom of God!
The Valedictorian is a student who has the highest academic achievement of the graduating class. It is with great pleasure to announce Karolyne Judd as this year's Valedictorian recipient.
Karolyne Judd has attended Inspire Academy since the beginning. She will graduate with a 4.4 having taken honors and dual credit classes.
